I am pursuing my dream! As an Independent Business Owner and Licensed Massage Therapist, I am able to dedicate all of myself and my time to helping my clients feel better and achieve better quality of life and well being.
It is my experience that continuity and consistency of care is crucial. When clients bounce between therapists or wait too long, they don't experience any progress, and become discouraged.
Massage Therapy is just that ... Therapy. Whether the goal is relaxation, or relief of specific pain issues, there is a process involved. Massage Therapy can have immediate results. However, more often than not, Massage Therapy is required often or regularly to resolve and maintain pain relief, then prevent it. Every client is different, even the same client is different from session to session.
I will work with you to assess your needs and understand the Massage Therapy process. More than likely, your "stress" didn't happen in one day ... and one massage isn't the "fix". As you receive Massage Therapy, especially regularly, you will develop an understanding of your physical behaviors and an awareness of your body that will help you achieve your goals.
I truly love what I do, there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone feel healthy and achieve their therapeutic goals.
