Every massage therapy session is tailored to suit the individual client's needs based on their health conditions, musculature, and personal preferences. Therefore, most therapy sessions involve a combination of Relaxation, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Swedish techniques.

Seated Chair Massage - An efficient, fully-clothed massage that improves circulation, stimulates muscles and reduces tension in the back, neck and shoulders. Typical sessions are 15 - 30 minutes.
